Refund and Returns Policy

At MyFreshBake, your satisfaction is our priority. While we strive to deliver every order with care and perfection, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Here’s everything you need to know about our Refund and Returns Policy:

1. Perishable Items (Cakes, Snacks, Cookies, etc.)

Due to the nature of fresh and perishable items:

• Returns are not accepted once the product is delivered.

• Refunds or replacements will only be provided if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The item delivered is spoiled or not fit for consumption.

Please report any such issues within 2 hours of delivery along with photos as proof on WhatsApp or email.

2. Custom Printed Gifts (Mugs, T-Shirts, Bottles, etc.)

Since these products are personalized and made to order:

• Returns and exchanges are not allowed unless the item is:

  • Broken or damaged on arrival.

  • Incorrect in print or design (different from what was approved).

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item along with clear images of the issue.

3. Cancellations

• Orders for custom cakes or personalized gifts must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund.

• For regular items, cancellations must be made before the item is dispatched or baked.

• Once production has begun, cancellations may not be possible.

4. Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

• It will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• For COD orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.
